Full inspection of the residence, listing any medical issues, and depending on the particular needs provide referrals of appropriate services and verified professionals such as attorneys, home health companies, real estate companies, remodeling companies, nursing homes, and others.

Case Management
Case management is a collaborative process, which assesses, plans, implements, coordinates, monitors and evaluates the options and services required to meet an individual’s health needs, using communication and available resources to promote quality, cost-effective outcomes.
Family Guardians
Our Company provides case management services to individuals who
have been appointed as a legal guardian, or for individuals who have a loved one that needs daily-living assistance.
We offer the following services:
- Direct consultation and coordinating of medical services with providers or therapist;
- Arranging and coordinating medical appointments/treatments with the authority of the family, guardians or legal representative;
- Coordination of in-home services from the hiring of agencies who provide home health services;
- Assistance with payment of utility bills or recurring monthly expenses;
- Assistance with groceries and of pet care;
- Continuous updates on the client’s care and progress with the family or representative;
- Monitoring of the ward’s medication compliance with the assistance of a registered nurse;
- Assistance with the preparation of monthly budgets;
- Assistance with the application for benefits or resources available in the community;
- Arranging housekeeping services.

Trust
Providing twenty-four hour concierge services to property, guardian and trusts, which include monthly monitoring of real property in the trusts to ensure proper maintenance.
Coordinating any and all services to be performed or contracted through a third party for the maintenance of the property.
